I had my first microneedling session with Anya 3 days ago and I’m already seeing great results! The… treatment itself was completely painless and professional. However, I had trouble booking my follow-up sessions. I have already prepaid for my package, but your online system is trying to charge me an additional $25 fee to book a slot. I tried reaching out on Instagram but wasn’t able to get this resolved, and they just have options to book when i am working, but online i see they have lots of slots available the day i needed it. Again, I am totally satisfied with the treatment but the struggle booking follow up sessions is a bit annoying and confusing.read more
