Had a great experience! I had Don as my esthetician and she was amazing. She took the time to throughly explain micro needling to me, realistic expectations I can expect from different treatment options and even dried my tears after doing extractions.
This was my first time with micro-needling and Don was a such a professional and eased any concerns I had through out the process. She walked through each step ensuring I was comfortable and understood. She also outlined next steps and followed up afterwards to see how I was doing. A fantastic experience.

Just had the most amazing experience from the ladies of Novado SKN. After a thorough consult I was advised my best option would be a series of MicroNeedling treatments.As someone whose struggled with hyper pigmentation, they took the time to explain the many of advantages of this treatment, & how it would remedy many of my concerns.I've been somewhat reluctant to opt for this service previously, because I've been told it's some what painful, however overall, it was painless.After the MicroNeedling was complete I was given an after care kit, outlining all necessary steps to maximize long term benefits.What else can I say, they've got a new client for life😎

Absolutely love this clinic. I’ve had 4 Oxygen Facials with Don - She is extremely kind, warm, and knowledgeable in all things skincare.
