I got the Oxygen Infusion Therapy facial with Don, and she was so kind, patient, and really knowledgeable. She explained everything step by step and even showed me things like sun damage, sebum buildup, and bacteria on my skin (wild!). I learned a lot, felt super comfortable the whole time, and my skin looked amazing afterward. You can tell Don really cares about what she does, I’d 100% recommend booking with her!

This was my first time at Novado and it was such a great experience. The space was super clean and welcoming. I got the Aquapure treatment with Don. She was incredibly thorough during the skin consultation. She really took her time to explain everything and tailor the treatment to my skin’s needs.Afterwards, my skin literally looked like glass. I’d 100% recommend her!

I just had an aqua pure facial done with Dawn and it was amazing! She was really personable, making the experience truly enjoyable, but also very knowledgeable about the procedure which made me feel safe and in trusted hands! Highly recommend this as my skin feels and looks so dewy and I can't wait for the final result in a few days!

I have come in for 2 aqua pure facials with Sienna and both have been amazing. I always leave feeling revitalized and the skin analysis i received helped me so much in finding out what to use in my skincare routine. We figured out the issue that I specifically came in for (skin dullness) during the first session and all the information i was given has been crucial in not only fixing my problem but understanding it as well. Staff is always friendly and their customer service is top tier, can't recommend enough 😊
