I had a glass facial with Don and was very pleased with the experience. She was very knowledgeable and recommended the best treatment for my concerns. The spa was clean and I was impressed with how many different devices were used for the service. Don was very kind and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable, addressed any concerns I had and was willing to follow up with the treatment to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. I would definitely recommend the glass facial and would go back again.

Just had the most amazing experience from the ladies of Novado SKN. After a thorough consult I was advised my best option would be a series of MicroNeedling treatments.As someone whose struggled with hyper pigmentation, they took the time to explain the many of advantages of this treatment, & how it would remedy many of my concerns.I've been somewhat reluctant to opt for this service previously, because I've been told it's some what painful, however overall, it was painless.After the MicroNeedling was complete I was given an after care kit, outlining all necessary steps to maximize long term benefits.What else can I say, they've got a new client for life😎

Absolutely love this clinic. I’ve had 4 Oxygen Facials with Don - She is extremely kind, warm, and knowledgeable in all things skincare.
