My visit to Novado was fantastic!!! The space was very clean, very welcoming staff who created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing treatment. Very luxurious clinic yet cozy environment. My Aesthetician was exceptional and made the entire experience feel personalized and comfortable for me. I went for the Ultimate Glass Facial, my skin was really glowing afterwards and I felt very clean. They did a before/after comparison and I was blown away by how seriously “glass” my skin looked. I will be returning :)

I had a wonderful experience at Novado that I would like to share here. I don’t usually make reviews but I was blown away by the care I recieved here. I booked their Ultimate Glass Facial because with this cold Toronto weather my skin has been extremely dry and need to start taking anti-aging measures as I’m in my 30s now. Before the treatment they did a very detailed 3D Skin analysis where it took 3D photos of my face and gave me a full report on my skin. Crazy!!!!With this information, they gave me options of what treatments/products work best with my skin, and what doesn’t work. I was really blown away by how they tailor each treatment according to your skin, this is honestly really important to me because not everybody has the same skin and reacts the same to the same treatment. Their clinic Director Daniela really educate me on what steps I need to take to start treating my concernsFast forward to the facial, it was a mixture of deep cleansing, deep hydration, collagen stimulation, Microcurrent, red light therapy and one other step I forgot the name but it involves a cooling and heating sensation. Oh and an amazing lymphatic drainage at the end. I loved it so much I booked another session for next month before Christmas. Thank you Novado team!!!

I had an amazing experience at Novado Yorkville. I came here for a Microneedling treatment. Daniella, the Clinic Manager did a very thorough skin consultation and analyzed my skin and gave me recommendations according to my skin type. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. Nicole, my Aesthetician, took great care of me during the entire Microneedling session. I was a bit nervous doing this treatment but she made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Novado for taking such care of me. I bought their Microneedling package deal and will be back in 4 weeks for my next one :) i can’t wait!!

She is professional, caring and exceptional in her care and makes every experience relaxing and I leave feeling pleased and my skin has never looked and felt better. Lyza and the previous aesthetician I had were wonderful. They are so kind and caring and understand your skin. I saw clear results in the last 3-6 months of doing my Aqua facials. Visited Novado for microneedling after doing a lot of research. It was my first time, so I was quite apprehensive. The clinic itself is very clean and hygienic, which immediately put me at ease. Don did my treatment and she was absolutely fantastic! She was so gentle with my skin and talked me through every step, which made the whole experience really comfortable. I’m also very satisfied with the results so I’ll definitely come back.
