I have had 2 Glass Facials with Don and it was an amazing experience! Don was so sweet, accommodating, and helpful each time. She really went above and beyond to address my concerns. She truly cares about her clients and their skin health. My skin is in the best condition it's been in for years! The spa itself is gorgeous and extremely clean. I had a glass facial with Don and was very pleased with the experience. She was very knowledgeable and recommended the best treatment for my concerns. The spa was clean and I was impressed with how many different devices were used for the service. Don was very kind and answered all of my questions. She made me feel very comfortable, addressed any concerns I had and was willing to follow up with the treatment to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. I would definitely recommend the glass facial and would go back again.

Had a great experience! I had Don as my esthetician and she was amazing. She took the time to throughly explain micro needling to me, realistic expectations I can expect from different treatment options and even dried my tears after doing extractions.

Just had the most amazing experience from the ladies of Novado SKN. After a thorough consult I was advised my best option would be a series of MicroNeedling treatments.As someone whose struggled with hyper pigmentation, they took the time to explain the many of advantages of this treatment, & how it would remedy many of my concerns.I've been somewhat reluctant to opt for this service previously, because I've been told it's some what painful, however overall, it was painless.After the MicroNeedling was complete I was given an after care kit, outlining all necessary steps to maximize long term benefits.What else can I say, they've got a new client for life😎
